We had a Standard Twin Room with 2 Large Twin Beds. The room had an extra living space with a couch and a chair, and was very spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The Hot Springs on the 14th floor were a bonus. This was included in the room price. The massage chairs on the 14th floor were an additional bonus. The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and the pharmacy.. I just wish that there were some couches and chairs in the lobby to sit while waiting for the check-in and after check-out. Overall, an excellent stay.

The first room I was given had stains on the wall and a hole in the wall next to the bed. I alerted the reception staff and they gave me a different room. The bed wasn't very comfortable either and the room was on the small side. The whole room felt very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. There is a family mart on the entrance of the hotel and a hot springs upstairs which was nice.

Gym Onsen Bath

Good. But nothing around walking distance. Other hotels are much closer to tourist attractions.

It's located at a short walking distance from a subway station, and the area has plenty of eateries, and right near the lobby is a good size cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful, and room size is quite good by Japan city standard and well maintained and modern. Breakfast is available separately but rather expensive so not tried.

The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel.

It was 37C (98F) outside and the air conditioning in the room, even though we had it set to as low as it would go (15C), it was 25C in the room no matter what we did. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in a warm room when it was so hot outside. The onsen is not very welcoming of foreigners (we didn’t have any tattoos or anything), but the fellow guests at the onsen were rude and giving us bad looks like we didnt belong when we were just trying to enjoy ourselves and relax.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, and awesome onsen on the roof. Was a great experience and would stay again.

The property is very nice for the price. The room is spacious for Japan. There is a large bath area with multiple different tubs with different temperature to relax in and soak your tired muscles after a full day of walking. There’s 7 eleven nearby with lots of grab and go food for a reasonable price. Walking distance to train station. Very convenient location.
