Very good location.

The housekeeping were excellent, the breakfast was okay, the front desk was fine, the guards were helpful , most of the staff are polite , prim and proper, the facility a bit old like the toilet in the standard room , the TV and air conditioner kinda working intermittently okay, the inconvenienced part was transferring twice , but I didn’t do the second move,I was stressed out and annoyed on my holiday on my extended days for I was informed on that very day that I have to do it due to renovation, common renovation is a long planned pretty sure, why was I informed on that very day since I extended my stay more than a week before or so, this is my third time on this hotel, the first and second stay was great ,they don’t compensate and doesn’t reply to my emails and concerns.Phoned the front desk took the name of the manager, but it’s either he is at the meeting or left the facility

Though I didn't take breakfast this stay, it is qiye good. Decent choice, omlette or eggs cooked to order. You might find baked beans some days. You also might find the toaster works well - or not🤔😁 The staff are great, I find the machine coffee better than the brewed but I drink it black unsweetened. It's all about the coffee. The gym is ageing but effective the pool is good and the adajacent cafe/restaurant opens about 3? Rooms are ok but I find the beds a bit hard tbh. I will definitely stay here again as the location, price point and facilities make it a great choice.

There was a leak in the bathroom but very minimal.

It's a good hotel, my go to on landing in Cebu. Buffet breakfast is pretty good, though beans and bacon are a daily lottery. 😁 Staff are helpful, rooms clean and modern enough. TV's work but they're not smart. Pool is good, gym is decent if old.

Need to move 2x-first the aircon malfunction, second is due for renovation the whole floor , we could have been moved earlier rather than later since I’m sure the renovation was pretty sure planned, the inconveniences, was disappointing and stressing ,message the property got no specific reply. The staff are good, tried the breakfast buffet only once it’s just basic. The housekeeping are very good.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool and the buffet were great, & was a convenient location for us. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Cebu.

They won't replace towels unless asked . Put all bedding on the floor and asked to change but they just put them back on the beds. Broken towel hake. But hay you get what you pay for and the price was ok . The staff was great and the location not bad.

The Parklane has a very generous and well stocked breakfast buffet. A great value with a very good room!

Clean rooms and super attentive staff.enjoyed our stay.thanks
