Convenient. Staff were very understanding and helpful when we arrived late due to delayed flight. Good bed and room facilities

Location is good, in between Nihonbashi and Nigyocho, Hibiya Subway line A5 exit. Staffs are all very freindly

we love the breakfast, so many choices and healthy. The staff are doing their best to make us feel comfortable.

Room was clean and the laundry facility were great. Staff was nice and sorted out the luggage delivery for us.

Everything was good, simple, clean.

Good English Kiosk checkin process, walkable to 2 subway stations. Many convenience stores and local eateries around. Clean and good size double room.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very uncomfortable experience with the room temperature. The heater was extremely hot, and there was no way to adjust it. To make things worse, the windows are not allowed to open, so the room became unbearably warm. It was so hot that I couldn’t sleep the entire night. I hope the hotel can improve their heating system and give guests better control over the room environment.

This hotel staffs are veey friendly, room and services are great, the usual standard from Japan.
