We will come back to this hotel! The room, the reastaurant and the small poolarea at 8th floor make the hotel fell like a good place to stay! But first of all the staff througout were wonderfull!!

The decoration is so unique and elegant. Staff are friendly. Room is clean. A small gift after checking out was also thoughtful. I'd come back again.

Schönes, symphatisches Stadthotel mit freundlichem Personal und mit Allem, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. In bester Lage zu Bus, Tram und U-Bahn, auch sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstück auf dem Dach mit aufmerksamer, sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Das Grand Chic Zimmer ist etwas kleiner und weniger chic als der Name suggeriert. Es ist zwar originell und hat einen bestimmten Charme ist aber dunkel und der Schreibtisch fehlt, aber wer kommt schon nach Wien um zu arbeiten! Lesen ist leider auch nur auf dem Bett liegend möglich. Ein highlight ist das schicke Limon Restaurant und der kleine Pool auf dem Dach.

Excellent staff, beautiful decor, great restaurant

Hotel location was great. Breakfast was terrible , food was never replenished. Arrived 30 minutes before closing, staff were so busy cleaning up I had a hard time getting a coffee and Croissant were done, bread was almost gone. Was never asked for special breakfast order, from the menu.Asked the Maitre’d for a Cafe Latte, she fought with me telling me I didn’t know what I was ordering and ended up getting something I didn’t want, then ordered another from a waitress and got a perfect Cafe Latte. Hotel room floor was never cleaned, dust bunnies everywhere, and worst of all, clothing items went missing, Coffee and tea never replenished until I asked. Sorry poor House Cleaning Staff. Roof top bar was great, for afternoon drinks, staff were great, service great. Main restaurant , famous for their Weiner Schnitzel, was a great experience, eager to find you seat if full and ready to serve and advise.

Great location. Very quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. A little weird having the shower in the room but otherwise highly recommend.
