We live this place, have been there lots but
Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner.
Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night.
On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel room would definitely benefit from some tlc . New pillow as ones there are rock hard . Room smelt a bit funky as if windows had not been opened . Staff were clearly stretched due to an event in the hotel so check in took over 20 mins . Late night staffing was excellent. Good facilities for parking but charge should be clearer when booking . Reasonable price for parking .

We had to search for staff so that we could check in, the reception floor was sticky, there was no disabled access to rooms or disabled parking bays, upstairs smelled of cigarette smoking, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the bathroom fixings were completely rusty and the springs had come through the mattress. I tried to find staff to discuss the issues with but was told there was no manager until later but they would contact me. No phone call and no response to my email

A brilliant location, canal side for relaxation.. Sadly no food on asunday noght, however I was sent to a pub 5 mins was that was brilliant...
A good sozed room wpth abath amd shpwer woth avirw over the canal and fields...The breakfast was superb, with great choices and friendly chef.. Definitely will stay again..

훌륭해요 The room was very comfortable and excellent value for money. However, we were charged an extra £10 for parking which was not expected but the room was still very good value.

매우 훌륭해요 All was very good, but did feel that our room was in need of a little TLC, unpainted skirting board, minor marks on walls which a touch up with paint would improve.
