Was here for two weeks on work and this was the perfect spot for convenience and to feel refreshed at the end of the day. Would highly recommend!

CitizenM Victoria Station cannot be beat for value, location, cuteness, and great service. The rooms were clean and cool. The staff were friendly—like they actually wanted to be there! The food and drinks were great! Breakfast is served every morning. My only regret is that it was a bit of a walk to a hop on/hop off bus, but that isn’t their fault. They are in front of a bus interchange and the tube, so getting around is easy. We will be back. Every time.

They wouldn’t help me with a refund even though my flight was delayed twice and therefore not making it possible to check on my date. This was out of my control and they still refused. At least I had trip protection and am making a claim. They could have been nice.

We stayed at the CitizenM London Victoria Station for one night before meeting our cruise. The hotel is an eclectic mix of colour and comfort. The rooms are small but extremely efficient and the tech is very cool. I especially liked the mood lighting in the shower. It is in a great location and offers everything that you could possibly need. The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will stay there for sure. Bonus, it has air conditioning which was very much appreciated at 38 C.
