We had a wonderful stay. Rick was very welcoming, he gave us great tips for our travels and was a very friendly guy! The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely coffee and a fab jet bathtub too.

Could only stay for one night instead of three due to conflict with Iran. Host was very accommodating and helpful regarding this.
Room was clean with all required facilities for a comfortable stay.. Only a short walk to centre of Christchurch with some shops / eateries close by.
Overall recommended for a short stay in Christchurch.

Clean room but beds weren’t that comfortable. Host was great though and helped with all we needed.

그저 그래요출장
Room and bathroom is tired and old broken handles carpet wrinkled and tattered, not clean (bathroom and kitchen were clean) no aircon in the rooms so on 32’ days a fan doesn't cut the mustard at all, the gentleman that check me in was lovely.

Excellent communication by the property manager. Appreciated the choice of a complimentary upgrade. The unit was great for our family and in a very handy location. We had a very comfortable stay here. Thanks Rick and team.
