Great location with restaurant options in the basement level and subway access

The ultimate in a luxury hotel! We loved everything about this hotel. Very conveniently located near Gonzaga and the Imperial Palace, the top-floor onsen let us relax in our hotel. Shoes are taken and kept at the entrance and all floors are tatami so no need to be changing shoes throughout the hotel.

Loved the true cultural immersion at the hotel. was a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. We also loved the guest lounges on every floor. They were comfortable places to unwind, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Overall, Hoshinoya Tokyo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Our third visit and never fails to indulge or rejuvenate us. The onsen is always a treat after a long day of sightseeing and the lounge space is a beautiful, private space to sit back and read, drink tea and appreciate the design of the property. The staff are always the best, too.

Hands down, the single best hotel stay of my life. Quiet solitude in bustling Tokyo- with a very spacious, perfectly appointed room (still dreaming about the provided skincare…) and the unforgettable onsen experience that we were lucky enough to use daily. The service of the staff was impeccable starting from the welcome experience. A lifetime memory of joy and comfort.

Amazing

Amazing, beautiful, well located, comfortable and luxury rooms, very helpful staff and an amazing way to immerse on the Japanese culture. We stayed at another VERY luxurious and way more expensive hotel in Tokyo and Hoshinoya was much better in every aspect. I highly recommend!
