We had 4/5 cockroaches in our first room. Called the front desk and they offered to spray, absolutely not we have a toddler and need to move rooms. Moved us across the hotel on the 2nd floor. Room was great no issues. Went to the pool the following night and hotel staff managed to put another family in the same room we had moved out of. Needless to say, we won’t be staying again.

A Nightmare!!!! I hate that I even need to give them a single star to write this review!! The guy at the front checked me in as a NEW reservation instead of using my hotels.com one! I didn't find this out until after I left! The room was uninhabitable due to a loud squealing whistle that was piercing my eardrums and driving me nuts! I only lasted 10 minutes before calling and the maintenance guy said that it was just how the A/C is. Not something that they could fix. They didn't have any other rooms available so I had to leave and honestly I'm so grateful for that! Every single person that I've talked to about getting my money back from the hotel and from hotels.com have been a nightmare to deal with! The woman that I talked to from the hotel was so unkind and I believe that she is the manager! I'm incredibly angry about everything and I'm out almost $1k wrapped up in the charges and having to get a new room! Shame on them!

This resort may look outdated from outside but it’s very well maintained in all the public areas and the room. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail and the included breakfast buffet. The cafeteria seems small but it we didn’t have any problems finding a table. In general, very nice hotel. I’ll go back next summer

Stay was good. Great snacks and complimentary drinks. Bartender at pool was awesome. Only one clerk at the front desk was a little rude when I asked a question, but overall a great place.
