만족해요 Still no hot water for rooms on the fifth floor.

그저 그래요 Within 10 minutes of being in the room I was back at the front desk. This place is absolutely disgusting. The hall smells of dry urine and cigarettes. You can also smell weed coming from the rooms. Once I got to my room, I pulled the sheets back and there was a red stain that appeared to be blood. Then I spotted Nats throughout the room. If you paid me $150 to stay here I wouldn't. That's how disgusted I was. Zero amenities except for a dirty pool in a sketchy neighborhood. I booked because my flight was cancelled but knowing what I know now I'd rather have slept at the airport. I gave 1 star ⭐ cause I couldn't give a zero.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

그저 그래요 Terrible guest services. Poor attitude. I called in advance to ask if there was any fees. Person told me I could check in at anytime when I got to property I was told there was a 25 dollar early check in fee and 7 dollars for parking. No biggie but that’s why I called ahead of time to check. Place has an odor to it. Hallways need renovations. Smoke detectors kept beeping that was annoying. Lobby smells like weed. It was a cheap stay I guess that’s why

Stay away! I can’t even begin to express the overall experience.
Awful service when I checked in.
The clientele entering the hotel while I waited were clearly using this hotel. It was dirty, smelled like marijuana, garbage in the hallway, etc.
If it wasn’t so late when my girlfriend and I arrived I would never have stayed.
Checking out-there was no one to be found.

그저 그래요 Stayed for a week trying to save a buck over all of the other hotels in the vicinity. Holy cow this place is awful. The employees give everyone a side eye except for the people that are clearly living here (gross). Rooms are “smoke free” but reek of stale cigarettes, weed, and dog piss. The general areas (lobby/hallways) are musty and damp smelling. There is dirt and mold everywhere.
This hotel is clearly a health hazard. I would not entertain the idea of saving some money to stay here, even for one night.
