The staff were very helpful and polite, one member of the reception team made sure I had a parking space after I left and returned. They all accommodated my poor Japanese. The facilities are very good, clean and the TV entertainment was very good with recent cinema releases.

Overall good except there was an overhead bridge that you need to cross to get to the hotel from the train station. A bit troublesome if you have lots of luggage with you.

Staff were excellent at checkin as one spoke reasonable English. The beds were very comfortable in the single rooms. Breakfast onsite was typical Japanese with a few western touches. Parking was directly across the small street from the hotel. Nice coffee in the foyer. Going to the vending machines on the smoking floor reaked of cigarettes which is to be excepted but still it’s a negative for the hotel. Overall, a typical Japanese business mans hotel with better beds than a normal Route Inn business mans hotel. Fine for a one night stay.

만족해요 The hotel was not close to the train station. On the way to the train station there was a large overpass. To difficult to drag heavy suitcases over. The view from the bedroom window was of a grave yard. There was a laundry which was very useful.

훌륭해요 Quiet location within easy walking distance of the railway station - 10 minutes straight down the main avenue. Great breakfast with a variety of japanese and western food. Some great little restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the foyer with table and chairs to relax. Would definitely go there again when visiting Maebashi.

만족해요 Double room means double size bed not twin bed..i booked twice but same room i got.you have to pay for the parking 500jpy.
