만족해요 I only stayed here overnight to Santa Fe so I can’t tell detail but overall it it was nice- liked the size of the room

만족해요 Internet WIFI is really sloooooooow. Seems Wyndham wants You to pay $4.95 a day to access decent speed WIFI signal. UGH

그저 그래요 We get there it’s late, the room is paid for and she says oh btw the elevator is broken, and you have the last room, 3rd floor, with kids, one being 5. There were no other rooms that were decent in the area. That was the only apology, the manager should have enrolled everyone and we all deserved a discount big time. I’ll never stay there again! I’m mad and my legs are sore from walking up and down three flights of stairs with asthma and kids.

그저 그래요 This hotel isn’t very well maintained. The elevator was broken and everyone was having to lug suitcases up and down flights of stairs. We had dogs and 2 stroller on top of our luggage. It was super inconvenient to have to take your dog out in the middle of the night going up and down stairs. We were there 3 days and no one was ever working on fixing the elevator. The first room we had was horrible! Run down, dirty, smokey smell. I did request a 1st floor room after going up and down the stairs with our dogs became an issue. The employees of this hotel are absolutely AMAZING!! If it wasn’t for them I would have left and requested a refund, every single one of them that we interacted with tried to make the situation better. The owner should be ashamed he puts the workers in those positions because he or she has some great employees! I would say to the owner, do better for your customers, because you lost one in me. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!

훌륭해요 Elevator was out of service. Could only get 2nd floor room. Difficult and painful transfer of 4 items up stairs. If I had known about the elevator we would have stayed elsewhere. Loved the view and balcony. Check for the elevator first!
