Impressed with the maintenance of the property, the politeness of the staff. But. I was a little uncomfortable that there were so many incidentals from charging for parking. No continental breakfast had to pay for breakfast, etc. otherwise I would stay there again no problem and I will stay there again on July 7.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, the complimentary breakfast buffet was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to the area.

I travel frequently and generally choose Marriott properties because of the consistency, cleanliness, and guest experience associated with the brand. I am also currently evaluating several Marriott properties for a large gathering planned later this year that may require approximately 40 guest rooms. Because of that, I have been paying particularly close attention to the overall guest experience during my recent stays. In fact, I stayed at another Marriott property the night before this stay, where the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience at your property was quite different. To be fair, there were children running through the hallways, laughing, playing, and riding the elevators throughout portions of the evening. Honestly, that did not bother me at all they were simply children having fun and enjoying their stay. What did become problematic was a high-pitched alarm or tone, similar to a dog whistle, that appeared to be coming from a neighboring or connected building. The alarm remained active for approximately eight minutes at a time. Once it stopped, there were only about twelve minutes of quiet before it began again. This pattern repeated throughout the night. I first noticed the alarm shortly before midnight and, as I write this email after 4:00 AM, it is still occurring. After several hours of listening to an alarm for eight minutes and then receiving only twelve minutes of quiet before it started again, it be
