그저 그래요

Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Then the room only had 3 towels for 6 guests and no blanket for pull out bed. Called housekeeping who never answered. Went to the front desk and then waited two hours before going down again to get a blanket at 10pm. Never did receive any more towels so we ended up using the pool towels for showers. The pool also didn’t have towels earlier, again went to the front desk twice before they brought any. Disappointing service for a family trip. We have stayed here twice but not sure we will return again.

The hotel was immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast waa excellent. They had a huge variety as well as custom omelets. We were approx 20 from airport ith a Starbucks right across the parking lot! The only drawback was the bar/restaurant were closed on Mondays

All and all okay. Check in room wasn't ready till 6. Promised rooms would be together but at 6 2nd was ready but far away. They made it right got us next to each other but had to unpack a room. You have to pay for parking so make not of that. $20 a night...really? For parking spots that are so close watch out for door dings. Oh. I free wifi make note of that. Staff for free breakfast and evening drinks and snacks were super nice and good to talk to. This is a great location and close to a bunch of stuff and Seattle.

Enjoyed our last night of our vacation. The propertymet our expectations except the pet fee of $75 which seemed a little steep for our small toy poodle who is well behaved.

I loved the spaciousness of the rooms with a really comfy L-shaped couch. The atmosphere in the large atrium is wonderful - especially during the managers reception which includes 2 free drinks and some basic snacks.

Great stay- pool helpful for our child to burn off some energy, staff helpful and kind, breakfast did the trick, and easy access to the things we needed. Thanks for the great stay!

Not the hotel's fault, but there were a bunch of kids playing tag in the atrium, in the halls, and elevators all evening and morning. It got pretty noisy, and we had to use caution opening our door as kids were constantly running past it. Our 9yr old loved the pool area, and the rooms, common areas, and breakfast were really great!
