만족해요 Staff in cafe can’t or won’t smile….so grumpy. Bottom of bathroom door gross. Water leaked out of the shower all over the floor

그저 그래요 They messed up our check in. Then told us we were booked for Saturday night as well. Then told me Saturday morning our reservation was never booked and they were oversold.

훌륭해요 The hotel was very nice. The floor in the bathroom was not vacuumed and there was stuff in the corner by the tub.
For the price of the hotel, they should have included breakfast. The restaurant was very expensive. Other chains offer this and it’s a nice touch. There was a coffee shop in the lobby, it was good.
The beds were comfortable. The room smelled clean. The carpets were new.
I would consider staying there again if necessary.

만족해요 Hotel is in a decent spot and easy to get to. The river park across the street is a nice walk.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Air conditioning in the room was not working correctly, room was very warm. The in-room coffee maker is proprietary - no K-cups, just an FYI
Normally prefer more amenities within walking distance and not much easily walkable.
Cannot recommend the on-site dining.

만족해요 This is a very old hotel. Hallways smell and the air conditioning does not work well. Rooms are a good size but in need of an update. The location. Is good but overall I would not go back.
