This hotel is a five-minute walk from the main train station. It's within walking distance to canal tours, the red-light district, Madam Tussaud's and a lot of shopping. I even walked to the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the MOCO Museum although the tram passes in front of the hotel.
The bathroom seemed like it was recently remodeled. The bed was great. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Concierge was horrible. 4 guest was waiting in line to check in at 3pm. There was only one guest reception while others were talking inside the office which is behind the reception desk. When it was our time to check, we were told we have to wait another 15 minutes because the room was not ready but it was already past 3pm. When we got into our room there was chips beside the bed. It seems that room was not vacuum properly.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are small, great for solo travellers. The lounge is wonderful with complementary water and coffee. The location is perfect as it is very close to the train station and lits of eateries and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.
