Loved the Hotel. Large, renovated rooms. Super convenient location close to Ocean Drive and 3rd Street Promenade to walk there easily but far enough away to feel quiet. Excellent views from our room and the rooftop restaurant.

The location of this hotel is perfect, you're within walking distance of the beach and good restaurants. Our check-in was fine, nothing exceptional. The hotel room was too small fur us, but it was very clean. There was a refrigerator in our room that was meant for mini-bar items only. You can request a fridge for personal use, but you'll need to pay extra for it. The gym was small and uninviting, so we didn't use it. There's no way more than 3-4 people can comfortably work out in there at one time. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent. The service was okay, but the food was great and the views were nice. We checked out early in the morning and when we received our final bill, we noticed a food/drink credit had not been applied. When we asked the front desk person about this, he couldn't be bothered to explain anything or help us figure it out. When we further inquired about the list of charges and what they meant, he seemed like he didn't know what any of it was. At one point he stared me down. His hostility during this interaction is why we will never return to this hotel and cannot recommend it. There is no excuse for such rude behavior and poor customer service. Perhaps, better staff training is in order. I expected a much better customer experience than what we received. The negative reviews about terrible interactions with staff are unfortunately true.

I’ve stayed here twice now and each time the rooms are cleaned well. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities have a little bit of everything for everyone.
