만족해요 450 people, 5 weddings & only 1 elevator for a 3 day weekend. UGH!

Only one of three elevators work so we had to take the stairs to our room on the 6th floor every time. Pool is gross. No way to order room service. WiFi is horrible. Would not stay here again.

AC in our room barely worked and water pressure in the shower was poor. They turned the water off in the building for four hours mid afternoon ine day. Electrical fire in the room next to us caused us to have to change rooms since fumes were coming into our room and hallway. New room was smaller, AC was incredibly loud, and was directly next to the elevators, so we heard that all night.

I was expecting a Hyatt experience but got a low budget experience. The check-in person was clearly not wanting to do what she was there to do, The hotel lobby sofas had bed sheets over their cushions. There was one working elevator which resulted in 10 minute waits each time you left you room. The hallways were littered with trash and laundry bins. The common area trash bins were overflowing. There were no ice machines in the hotel.
I will pay far less and go to a lower budget hotel next time I visit Long Island and probably have an elevated experience compared to this one.

This is not a 4 star resort! Elevators we broken for our entire stay had to use service elevators. Did not get the room I booked with pullout sofa and had 4 people, long story but the staff did not communicate well at all! Market was not stocked when you have to leave at 6:30 in the morning and there is no ice you can’t wait for them to stick ice and bagels. These are just a few of the problems I had I will never book another Hyatt hotel!!!!
