Ioana at the front desk was literally, without question, the greatest interaction I’ve ever had at a travel stay.
Professional, knowable, kind, warm. There is no doubt that my trip would have been LESS, without her communication

Mr. Stefan at the front desk, who checked me in was very kind and welcoming! He made sure I had a quiet room, a breakfast package because I could not go to the breakfast buffet, and helped with everything! The best front desk staff! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Great, central location and very clean!

The location is great: near Culture Palace, mall, beautiful restaurants area, places to eat, shop, museum. I chose it every time I come to Iaşi. The rooms are nice, a bit worn, but comfortable and clean. Missing a safe in the room, I think, is the only downside. Breakfast is good, and there is parking close by.

The property was in the heart of Laci City center, perfectly located (for the 1/2 marathon also)

그저 그래요 Room was 28°c and Aircon would only pump out hot air.
The tv had been replaced with a tiny one, and the shower head was broken so would not stay in position.
