Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed right across from the laundry room & every time we walked by, someone asked how our stay was & if anything was needed. I even borrowed a screw driver for my daughter’s toy.
Pool is also kid friendly & happy hour was awesome!

Room was good for what we needed. Loved the free drinks for staying there as well as the wine.
Certain staff seemed to be bothered at the main desk when asked about checking things out, even told my sister no then I asked it was ok.
Valet was amazing- had one small issue but was handled well and then perfect from then on out.
Outdoor pool was great!!

Perfect hotel for 2 people, may not be the best for families because rooms are quite small. Staff was great, friendly, and super helpful with anything you may need. The food was delicious. Valet parking was definitely worth it because parking in the streets is really difficult. The only thing I would change is the pool close time. It would be nice to come back after a long day out and be able to go into the pool past 10:00pm.

훌륭해요 This hotel was so pretty! The rooms are decorated to the highest standards with the best quality furnishings and bedding. We had a huge suite which gave us heaps of space for four adults and the wraparound balcony was such a bonus with a great view. Our only feedback is that some of the front desk staff were a bit offhand, and the kitchen was more for aesthetic purposes than a functional space- small things like a dishcloth or a sharp knife for cutting would have been useful.
