Indoor pool which was main reason for booking wasn’t available. Was notified y Email after booking!! But as i used A third party in Wotif the refund process was never going to work. Very disappointed! Nephews were keen to play squash…. Both hire racquets were broken!! Pretty simple fix but poor attention to little detail could have veen rectified!!
