Great hotel in fab location and the roof top terrace was lovely. ALL staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. I actually was poorly (not related to hotel) and the staff were great in helping me see a doctor at the hotel and extending room for half a day. Would 100% stay again.

This is a top notch hotel. It’s not cheap but everything was managed well here.

Great location, very helpful staff and amazing rooftop bar! I would stay there again.

Great lication

OUTSTANDING TOPCLASS DELICIOUS

Hotel location was wonderful, rooms are generous and staff was very friendly.

Amazing stay! Would stay here all over again!

Fantastic hotel. Lovely welcome from really friendly team. Room was very nice, and the sound system was very useful. Breakfast is amazing, and the rooftop bar is very cool. Loved it. Thank you to all the lovely hotel team.

Staff is great and the rooftop was awesome. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but heard great things. Unfortunately my room was not clean and it seemed that it was a historic type of dirt. This feedback has been shared

This hotel is in a great central location. On the surface the Sir Victor is appealing however when you pull back the layers, the hotel is in great disrepair. Our suite had nonfunctional AC which resulted in being relocated to another room during our stay. The new room had a safe that did not work requiring a repair by staff. Throughout the hotel, hallway carpeting is stained, walls have chipped and missing paint and there is an overall odor of mildew and cigarettes. In the two rooms we stayed in, carpet was also stained and decor is worn and shabby. The staff is very accommodating and were wonderful on all accounts. For the price, this hotel does not meet 4 star standards and there are far betting options in the neighborhood.
