I loved our room. It was quaint and beautiful.

Hotel conveniently located close to Jardin de Luxembourg, 7 minute walk from bus and metro station. Room was snug but enough space for two of us and big luggage. Air conditioning!!!!when Paris in the 90s.Rooms clean and well-maintained. We didn't purchase their breakfast because so many alternatives within a few minutes walk. Lotz of bistros, brasserie, and cafes within minutes of walking. Staff very polite, friendly, and helpful. Even more so if you try your French from high school.

Our bathroom light fixture was only working on one side. I told the front desk, but nothing was done about it. When you come out of your room, it is pitch black in the hallways. I’m sure it’s too conserve energy, but perhaps that shouldn’t only be done late at night when most people are sleeping. We had asked for a bucket of ice and we got a small bowl of ice which really did not help for her to chill our bottle of wine. In the morning of our all day tour, we asked her to call a cab and she said there the system wasn’t working and we then had to walk down to Luxembourg Park, which we never found the cab station she said was right there. We finally did hail a cab but by the time we got to our destination for our tour, it had already left and we were out $500. Not happy about that at all pictures on the website did not reach real reality as far as snd size dining area. And on our arrival, our room was ready and we said great she said do you wanna go up now and we said yes she goes so that’ll be 50 extra euros, which there’s really no reason to be charging extra euros we’ve already paid for the room for that day. Needless to say not the best experience Penny Willimont.

This is a charming relais in the 5th Arrondissement in a brilliant location (about 5 minutes to both the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens, and about 15 to Notre Dame). The staff are very friendly and helpful and were a delight. There is a small but comfortable lounge downstairs where coffee and pastries are available and a small bar. The breakfast room is charming and the breakfast was excellent - cereals, yoghurt, fruits, pastries, bread and cake, eggs, cheese and cold meats. The rooms are very comfortable and bigger than average for that area. They are well equipped with a small fridge, kettle and espresso machine. The bathrooms are small but schmick (recently renovated). There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and you are in easy walking distance to many Parisian attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is very charming, cute concept and clean. Very convenient location. Accessible, and very inviting. It was cozy. The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable since it had a body impressions and was sinking a little bit u can see it Eve standing and looking at the bed the water at the sink was getting plugged but I understand that might be because the building in Paris are old and that might be normal. Any else was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Chambre Classique annoncée à 17 m², mais en réalité à peine 10 m², auxquels s’ajoutent environ 3 m² pour la salle de bain. J’ai demandé un surclassement gratuit face à cette différence, mais cela m’a été refusé sans discussion. Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très décevante et peu agréable.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location but the room was very hot, even in February.

Staff was great
