Room was clean, great location and friendly staff!! Best of all are that the air conditioner, coffee machine, refrigerator, TV and shower all working very well!!!!

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The bed was comfortable.
This is a very old hotel don’t expect posh amenities… but it was comfortable and clean.

Been coming for years rooms are always clean, staff is very nice. Rooms are simple nothing fancy and only stairs no elevator but the plus is your steps from everything beach, restaurants

The room was very clean. I love the little coffee and donut bar they put out in the morning. It is right on the main drag of the harbor and so convenient if you want to grab a white eat ice cream or walk out the green Pier whatever it is right there. The vanity in the bathroom could have been a little larger as there is hardly any room to set anything on it. If room 211 is taking a shower it gets noisy in room 212. Overall however this has been a great place to stay, the only thing I find wrong is the size of the vanity and a little bit of a noise from a shower next door.... I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
