그저 그래요 The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was challenging working with the staff. Multiple extra charges that I didn't know of. One of the of the main elevators was broken (I've never seen it working during my many stays here.). They used to offer a complimentary happy hour, but that has gone away. There used to be a coffee maker in the room, w/compliment coffee & teas. Not anymore. They don't even have cups in the room for customers to have a drink of water. For the 1st time, I was very disappointed in the Belvedere Hotel in NYC. I'm so disappointed that this hotel that I used to love has stopped caring about creating a good guest experience.

훌륭해요 We loved the location and the staff was very friendly! Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. Elevators were not ideal. One was broken and many times they were too full to get in so wait time was longer than expected.

매우 훌륭해요 I have returned to the Belvedere many times.
As a single female traveler, I find the neighborhood safe to navigate after dark and convenient to midtown locations.
For longer stays, it is very convenient to have a microwave and fridge in my room.
Even during busy summer and spring break times, there is little noise in the hallways, and the staff doesn't seem overwhelmed with guests.

그저 그래요 We had a 6 night stay. One of the two main elevators was broken all week, the other main one was very slow. We walked eight flights of stairs most of the week. The other two are tiny freight elevators and would only hold four comfortably. The last two nights we complained about noise until 2 a.m. The staff confirmed the complaint in our room. Talked to the upstairs neighbors, but the problem persisted. They refunded about $100 of a booking charge that they threw on at the last minute anyway. I would steer clear if I were you.
