Good, quiet location on a square. The rooms have been nicely updated but the bathrooms remain the same. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet has nice options.

We had an excellent time staying at this hotel. The staff is extremely professional, kind and friendly. Alianne from Guest Services puts her heart in her work.

Great staff. Nice rooms. Good location. Welcomed with champagne and water. I’d stay there again

Great services. Nice breakfast buffet and custom made included. Great location, can walk to main attractions

Great room, staff was super friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location. Tons of food, drink, coffee options in walking distance. Perfect location for my first time in Madrid.

Nice staff, but don’t take the room with the bed on the second floor. At four of clock in the morning I fell off the stairs. The stairs are narrow and not the same size turning at each end.

Excellent see

We loved our almost week-long stay at Palacio de Tepa. Our room (Jr Suite) was roomy, clean, and although a bit far, otherwise perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The location is wonderful: central and in a charming section of the Literary Quarter. We moved from a 2-floor suite to a single-floor suite. The stairs were steep and not great for older people who visit the toilet in the middle of the night. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel, right in the middle of everything Madrid has to offer. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. There is some city noise from outside, but that’s completely expected given where it sits, and a small trade-off for such a central spot. A great choice for travelers who want to be close to the action.
