This hotel never fails to disappoint. The location is perfect and the standards of the rooms are excellent. I certainly would recommend it

Phenomenal roof top terrace and excellent location with access to the train and all the most sought after sights

The room was cool and very quiet, especially for its location. Shower was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable we got an upgrade for a bigger room, hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel is on a very central location everything you need is just aro the corner. Breakfast was excellent!

Lovely hotel

It was a special treat staying there. It was very luxurious. The location was great and stsff was wonderful. The only problem was that the only name we found on the outside of the hotel was on a floor mat. We initially had a problem finding it. Breakfast was great and they also had a very nice rooftop balcony that was nice to enjoy the evening.

All was excellent! Especially the staff! Some noise in the piazza at night on weekends. Otherwise excellent!

Probably one of the best locations possible. Right across the street from the train station, just a 7 minute walk. Tons of restaurants and bars in the Square itself and walkable into the main Square where the cathedral and other major site attractions are(within 5min). Shopping is all around, people are nice and friendly, amenities were great, breakfast was included every day. I’d stay here again given the choice.

Amazing location -very kind staff

Amazing service, luxurious room, great food. The stairs and elevators are a bit confusing but the rooftop deck is awesome.
