Staff is great. Nice property. Fridge sounded like an outboard motor. AC wouldn't cool below 76 during the day. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

Sometimes we had to park several buildings away because someone always had Parking place in front of our cabin shower curtain was mounted incorrectly water went in floor bad we had to put towels down and coffee pot started pouring water out when we tried to use it ceiling fan didn’t work

We have gone to Branson for many years now and didn’t know about this place til a friend told us about it. The room was great needs an updated sofa and loveseat (worn out) the sofa bed was not very comfy. Jacuzzi tub in the unit was great. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to return.

Pros- It's tucked away from the strip so it's quiet. I loved that it had so much to do on the property. The pool was nice and the mini golf was set up nicely and kid friendly. The room was pretty cute and we liked that there was a market on the property. The front desk was helpful and everyone was kind. The walking trail was cool. It's also gated and has security check in so that's nice.
Cons- The room wasn't that clean. It wasn't filthy but not exactly clean. It was obviously not swept which made me wonder how much effort is actually put into preparing for a new guest. The beds are rock hard, like really hard. The Starbucks is nice but the same person who checks people out for the market items is also the barista so wait times are long even if you're just grabbing one item and no Starbucks. I don't believe the person working the market is at fault, it's just poor design. The employee was kind and did their best. The outdoor pool isn't nearly big enough for all the guests. There are no lifeguards which I thought was strange. There was an abundance of teens acting pretty wild and kids playing rough with no adult supervision. A lifeguard is absolutely necessary in such a crowded area. They don't have a single vending machine on the property but sell an abundance of liquor at the market. That was weird. There are no sidewalks which makes driving around kind of dangerous because people are in the road. There are uneven parts of the ground while walking up to the stairs at the hot

I stayed at the standard room which are like motels. Common area and steps were not cleaned in ages. Staff were helpful. Rooms are very old.

Chairs need replaced in the room,they were coming apart. Didn’t feel safe sitting in them. Couldn’t find the observation deck or a hiking trail to the water falls. No signs.

Our stay was fine. I wish there was a broom in the room so we could sweep throughout our stay. Sand from volleyball kept making its way back to our room. The door from the bathroom to the toilet room didn't latch. Disappointment the food/ice cream place closed as early as it did.
