훌륭해요커플 숙박객
Our stay was very pleasant. It's a beautiful historic building with amazing features, although a little tired in places. The staff are fantastic very polite and helpful. The bar area really isn't that big considering they put entertainment on so there's nowhere to sit. Our room was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider a return visit

Love the hotel and staff and would still go.but the hotel needs money injecting in it.rooms are comfortable and in fact they have upgraded the kettle to coffee machine and pods which was lovely.however my room was not ready when i arrived.check in is supposed to be 3pm and i had to sit and wait till 4.15 before housekeeping had made up my room.then when I got to the room the bed was still not made up so i had go looking for someone to change bedding and finish my room.i also have a favourite room I ask for when making the booking in advance but this time they said it wasn’t available and put me in a disability room.as i only go overnight these things have a big impact on my stay.there were tablets on the floor and all sorts of tablets,debris and dust under the bed.like I say lovely hotel but obviously need invest more money in staff and property

그저 그래요 Abrupt unhelpfull breakfast staff booking you in to a table was very disrespectful so only went twice paid for all week but bad attitude.on both occasions.
Main reception and other staff very polite.
Main entrance Lift out of use all week resulting in other lift being very busy as now double amount of people using it. Thus 20 minutes waiting for it to have room to enter it on on one occasion.

Stayed for 3 days and had a nice time. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. Didn’t use room service but we did have breakfast and it was very good quality and a good variety of food. Room was spacious and while it didn’t have air conditioning there was a fan and the room wasn’t too hot even in the heatwave. Gave 4 stars rather than 5 because the bathrooms need updating and the bath could use a scrub. Would stay again :)

I always think that the Imperial is exciting upon arrival it's so full of character we always gave a good stay in the Imperial long may it continue it brightens up Blackpool.
