Disappionting they didnt have room service.

No black out curtains in lounge room as well as shears and black out on one side. Constant tap fiddle needed to end dripping leak in kitchen sink.

Excellent location with plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment but the elevators were frustrating. They didn’t seem adequate for the capacity of the hotel. Make sure you allow an extra 20 minutes to wait each way for the elevators.

Room was not what we paid for.

The location is fantastic, but overall the stay didn’t justify the price. The room felt dated, and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Check-in was frustrating as we were told a physical credit card was required, despite many people now relying on digital wallets. They ultimately accepted a debit card and processed it as a standard transaction anyway, making the initial insistence seem unnecessary. While the room appeared clean at first glance, travelling with a crawling baby quickly revealed dust, hair and dirt on the floors, which was disappointing. Housekeeping also came during nap time each day, making servicing inconvenient. For a beachside property, I was surprised that the floors weren’t mopped regularly given the amount of sand guests naturally bring in. Overall, a great location, but the property is becoming dated and doesn’t offer the value you’d expect for the price.

Very good location within the heart of surfers paradise. The Ocean view 2-bed room apartment has an unobscured view of the ocean. Rooms were spacious however the kitchen and living room amenities needs a fresh-up. Overall very happy with the stay.

The view from our room was magnificent. The pool and gym were great. The location was very central. Would definitely stay again.

The Wifi in the hotel is terrible, the TV's in the rooms are 20 years old and desperately need to be refreshed. The lift situation is ridiculous, waiting 40 mins for a lift made the stay difficult.

I had two kids with me and found it to be a very family friendly environment. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beautiful view of the ocean.
