매우 훌륭해요 I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful, excellent room.
Outstanding things:
1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed.
2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.

This is our 4th time and it was amazing as usual. We got few complimentary services.. romantic dinner and in suite breakfast at our royal suite plus a free dinner at their Italian restaurant. Highly recommended.

Location is ideal close to Makadi souq, and beach near by. Rooms well maintained and clean however bathroom has poorl ventilation and bad smell. Hotel generally small but very cozy. Food variety is ok but the quality could be much better, best was the oriental dinner night. Staff is the best highlight of the hotel, very friendly, cooperative and do their best to help.

매우 훌륭해요 The staff are so friendly and our experience was amazing. It is good to have some entertainment at night by the animation team and the shows they did. The food quality was amazing however the wi-Fi was not working most of the time so it needs to be improved. Thank you so much we had a relaxing and wonderful week there.
