Reception Staff was unprofessional, unable to find our expedia all inclusive booking on arrival and we had to wait an hour with kids, before they sorted out.
Overall the all inclusive facilities were fabulous and other staff, were brilliant. Food was good but have had better food in Turkey on previous occasions.

I had enjoyed overall especially on the food and beverages.
Two suggestions :-
1) Based on request only, water bottle and towels has been refilled and replaced. Its better to do by themselves.
2) Being a Tourist spot, it would be helpful - if reception people can talk in English.

Room was dirty and dusty.Balcone was very dirty.
Room Toilet was terrible...
But we informed the house keeping to clean the room.And finally they did.
Than all was ok.
