The hotel was close to the train station. It was central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and sights. They had a nice lobby area where you could sit to meet people. They also had a outdoor deck area where you could relax and lounge. There was also an area where you could work on your computer. They had a buffet breakfast which you could add to your room when booking or pay for as you choose when you get there. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Rooms were a bit tiny. Overall, a great experience.

Where we were billeted has too many stairs and for an elderly person like me, it was difficult to carry the luggages. I mentioned about the stairs when I booked the room. Other than that, the room is clean and the beddings are fresh and comfortable.

Really wonderful staff, and had free water. Rooms were clean, AC available, wifi throughout. Comfy beds and good location.

Great stay! The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean. The terrace was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax. I’d definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Great location that puts you across the street from a major metro hub but also walking distance to so many places. You can walk in one direction along a most beautiful tree lined street with high end shops. You can go in the opposite direction and see older sections of town with so much charm and beauty. Best of both worlds. Not a high end place with luxury throughout, but a clean room with a comfortable bed and a very fair price!

I liked the staff; they were very kind, helpful and friendly. I would go back just for the ladies at the front desk. Breakfast was very good and complete and I could not have asked for a better location just walking distance from so many ch: food, culture, shopping, etc.

A Memorable Stay Thanks to the Wonderful Staff After many hours of air travel, we arrived at the hotel feeling very tired. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Although we arrived well before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and their willingness to do their best to make their guests comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is close to the metro, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops, and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions. Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a simple yet practical layout that made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the convenient location, we had a delightful stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and would gladly stay here again. A special thank you to the front desk team for making us feel so welcome after our long journey from Canada. Your kindness meant more to us than you know.

Check in time is 3:00 and most European hotels will try to get you in a little earlier when arriving from the u.s. Not only were they firm on 3p but also wanted me to wait even longer beyond 3 before I could get a room. When I asked for a refund because of this they suddenly had a room. And it was the TINIEST room I’ve ever seen w hardly any bedding..no comforter or bedspread. Location is great in city center but hotel is bare bones. Staff is rude and never greets/acknowledges you when you enter hotel.
