For the amount of $400 a night you expect at least the room to be clean. The room was dirty with mold and very bad conditions. The staff was very help they even refund partial of my stay but the hotel needs real maintenance.

그저 그래요 I was originally put in a room with no ac. I was offered a fan and i requested a new room, i was downgraded to a new room and was told my stay would be half off. They only took half off 1 night of 5.... very upsetting
