We have stayed at the President Hotel several times. We believe it’s gone a little downhill. We were happy to keep our used bath towels but they were refolded up WET as if new which I found very disappointing. Also, the restaurant service seemed a little disorganised eg. if you could not find your original person who took your order, then it was tough getting service. We did pay extra for an ocean view and we found the room very ordinary with a partial ocean view.

Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect but what really stood out for me was the professionalism and friendliness of literally all the staff. From the courteous reception staff, the ladies at the other desk who where very kind and patient in helping me with suitable tours to book, the cleaners who were always very polite and friendly and the staff at the outdoor areas who where just exceptional as this is where I spent most of my time at the hotel. Thank you all and hope to see you again 😊
