Nice welcome. Spacious room. Breakfast was fine. Great location near Holborn station.

It’s a little happy Hannah the staircase Nero was topped to towing scaffolding. The man that checked us and was very nice and amiable. There was no air-conditioning only a fan in the bathroom was rather small. There were kettle facilities and the beds were comfy enough for one night. Everything was spotless and it’s in quite a good location so couldn’t complain about that. Would possibly look for somewhere with air-conditioning on another visit, alternatively. But this did have twin beds.

The room is quite large; however, it has only ONE outlet and no USB ports. No A/C, only one fan, occupying the only outlet, so one must unplug the TV or the fan to use the outlet; we can't have another fan because there is no outlet to plug it in.

No AC in this hotel makes this a bad hotel to go to in Summer.

Clean and functional but rooms very dated and basic. No air conditioning and little ventilation so they were incredibly hot and stuffy at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely. Staff were very friendly. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, which I regret, but it always smelled wonderful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. One thing to consider is that the hotel is on a busy street, and if you are not used to sleeping with traffic noises and the sounds of people enjoying nearby pubs, you might want to consider noise-blocking earbuds. I didn't need them but my traveling companion in the next room bought them after the first night. They slept soundly after that.

Honestly these guys got us out of a fix and made everything better!
