Some upgrades and modernisation will definitely make the hotel perfect. But with the location and budget price. This is one of my priority choice in future.

I can’t believe that I managed to book this place for about 600 baht per night. It is low season but what a great bargain at that price. Very large and beautiful rooms, nice lobby and restaurant, great big swimming pool. And the staff were all very friendly . Also in a great location close to everything.

Hotel is in a good location with quite an imposing lobby area. It raises expectations which ultimately are not fully delivered. Bedrooms of good size with adequate en-suite. Pool is large therefore good….but very unimaginative in its setting. Breakfast area is pleasant and breakfast options neither the best or worst. The roof top bar seems permanently closed. And that’s the problem - it could offer more but it doesn’t. Felt like an empty mausoleum. Good value price though which makes it likely I will consider returning

Amazing place. Not one complaint. Central to everything. Steph is super cool. Everything is accessible and near. I loved this place.

Room was clean, staff was impeccable, amenities were great. Location is fantastic, will return next year! Love Hua Hin Grand Hotel

Check in was great we arrived at 1am in the morning so just went to bed. The bed was very hard and not comfortable so did not get a good sleep.

Room was spotless, brilliant white sheets. All toiletries included, would have liked air dryer in the room, had to ask to borrow from reception. Also safety deposit box in reception. Was great to have a pool to relax in. Location excellent for walking into Hua Hun and food village, just watch the busy road, but you get the hang of getting across. Must try, self service Tops for a quick cheap beer or wine. Tops Bakery for breakfast excellent start for a day exploring. Loved Hun hin, a treat after our busy Bangkok break.

First of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you feel like family they take very good care of you. I enjoyed my stay. My room was very nice very clean. Must say everyone did a great job. Even the lady that cleaned my room really took care of me. The staff at the front desk. Anything I needed they would always there to help I will return and yes, it’s all about their staff there very nice make you feel like.

The view of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the backside was wonderful! Pool area was nice, gym was adequate, breakfast was varied and delicious, and staff were attentive and hospitable. One downside - ladybugs! They were everywhere outside. The windows in our room and a weird gap at the top of the sliding panes, allowing the ladybugs to enter our room. Annoying!
