Room was clean and tidy but one thing I like to mention about the housekeeping they need to check properly to see if the refill of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion are filled. When we checked in lotion refill bottle was fully empty and santiary bags were empty too. So housekeeping should check everything properly before guests check-in.
Front desk staff LUCA was so amazing. Best customer service from her. She helped us through check-in, tour bookings, we mentioned her about the things that housekeeping didn't refill and she personally came in the room and give us the things that were missing. Our flight was cancelled and we informed her that we need to book one more day and she also arranged the room for us too. She was really very helpful. Luca went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free. Exceptional service.
