The roof top was incredible! the staff were very professional and lovely! The views incredible. Our first night was first floor street side so a bit noisy, but the staff moved us to the garden view where it was perfect! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful for our stay. The location was perfect to many stores, shopping and restaurants! Everything was walkable and if not a taxi was readily available and assessable seconds away.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. I'd stay again. You have to pay and reserve the hot tub on the roof

Location was perfect and central to so many things! Room was spacious, clean and AC worked amazing for the high heat days, roof top restaurant and bar was also delicious and accommodating!

Very nice

Nice hotel, great location! The Colosseum is only a 1:2 mile walk from the hotel. You can also easily find many restaurants, gelato and a store to buy water etc. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar that has good vibes and nice music. We tried it twice, slow service but everyone was nice. Good buffet breakfast options. Our AC was not working the first night which was not fun but staff provided a big fan which we greatly and they did fix it for night two. The offered us vouchers for upstairs rooftop and loaded us up w cold waters It was just so great it was taken care of and night two was sleeping was delightful. We did not have time to use vouchers but appreciated it. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.,

Staff was great and property was clean but minor issues in our room made it a bit problematic (lights not working, door exceptionally loud when opening and closing)

The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.We stayed on the second-floor mezzanine, which meant we had to carry our 4 suitcases up a set of stairs. If we had known before our room was assigned, we would have requested a different one. Our room was beautiful and spacious for a family of three. We had a King and a twin sofa bed. There were some challenges getting the TV to stream, which wasn't a big deal, so we gave up (and the remote had to be changed). The room had a lot of light but, unfortunately, faced an interior stairwell, so we had to keep the blind closed for most of our stay so others couldn't see into our room. Additionally, the glass shower was opposite the sink, so there was no privacy for someone taking a shower. The rooftop terrace and restaurant are where I spent most of my time at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and coming out onto the terrace throughout the day and in the evening was a treat. The hotel is situated in a walkable area, about 12-15 minutes to the Colosseum and 15-20 minutes to the Spanish Steps. We would definitely stay again.
