We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

매우 훌륭해요 It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located.

During our recent visit to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Firenze, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff provided exceptional service and had great knowledge of the area. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing and dining. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would definitely return.

훌륭해요 Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue and they had to move me to another hotel. It was disappointing but the staff I exchanged emails with were very helpful with the rebooking
