Great location. Less than 10 mins walk from Sky bus terminal (for a pensioner with a heavy suitcase). 2 mins walk to tram stop for free tram. The reception/desk staff were very helpful with transport links. I was upgraded to a room with a street view, with a fridge/ kitchen/cooking facilities. Would definitely recommend

I have stayed here a few times over the years and the location is great and the staff are kind, the cleanliness has gone down a bit over the years, and also parking is a bit of a challenge seen there is no onsite parking anymore but great value for money and safe

만족해요 Went to attend our paperwork 30min before check-in- room wasn’t ready- fair- told them I’ll be back in 30min. Went back at 2, still not ready. Asked to wait- then 10min later they said they still need 5min. I took the keys and told them
I would walk slow. When we got there 10min later they were still vaccummiing but let us in- asked about the delay- they said there was a malfunction in the room. Once in the room realised the aircon wasn’t working- as we were about to call they arrived with a new card for a different room, saying the electricity was out in that room- not sure why they didn’t just give us the new room in the first place instead of making us drag out 3yr old around for over 30min
