Room had stained sheets and towels and the bathroom had mold. Everything was overpriced. You had to pay for umbrellas and/or palapas at the resort. No entertainment besides the casino. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

For the most part it was ok. But the rugs in are room grossed us out. Food is mega over priced chicken fingers and 1 seltzer water 28$. A lot of garbage on the property around the beach. Aruba was cool! Hotel was ghetto. They delivered cold room service????? Much more to say don’t have patience to write everything that was wrong

We did not like the check in process. In spite of us buying ocean view and putting the note that we want higher floor, the staff made the check in very uncomfortable and difficult before we got what we paid and asked for

The check in was terrible. We waited standing in the line for 2 hours to check-in. It is quite unbearable after a long trip and high humidity at 85F. The check-in line was the same everyday throughout our stay so obviously it wasn’t a one time thing. Additionally, the expedia page says beach umbrellas are available for guests for no surcharge. They didn’t honor this. We had to pay $40 extra per umbrella everyday. The beach and the water was amazing. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to many great restaurants. We had great food on the island.

Habitación: creería que todas tienen vista al mar. Muy ordenada, excelente estado y limpia.
La playa es hermosa, el hotel está bordemar, la piscina a un paso d la arena, es fantástico, se puede alternar entre una u otra de manera inmediata. Las palapas (sombrilla natural de paja) cuestan usd 40, las tumbonas sin sombra y las tumbonas d piscina con sombrilla son gratis.
Recomiendo comprar una sombrilla para toda la estadía en aruba.
La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca a todo el movimiento de palm beach.
Cuenta con estacionamiento de fácil acceso.
Desayuno: usd 30/pers
Almuerzo, cena alrededor de usd 45/pers
Hay tiendas d conveniencia, venta d tours y un punto de renta d auto de thrifty.
Todos los hoteles vecinos están cerca al mar.
Al menos mientras estuve, no tuve problemas para encontrar espacio en laa tumbonas de la piscina.
Es adecuado para niños.

hotel pools were like 20 ft from ocean. nice to see ocean from pool/jacuzzi. clean rooms. carpet worn. balcony nice can sit out on. like the infrastructure to get to room to pools to parking lot-very close and easy. gym clean offers treadmills etc. did not go all inclusive. beach view great. next to pelican pier walk from hotel right out back take boat tour. staff brought extra towels up to room in 5 min after request. will b staying again. preferred to other hotel from last visit
