그저 그래요 The service standards and food quality has diminished over time. One receptionist was excellent, the rest were not helpful at all. One manager was rude and offered no respect to his guests. On the first morning of our stay we arrived at the breakfast area between 8:30 and 9:00am and the food had finished! There were a number of us who waited to be served and eventually the food was replenished but the range and quantity was well below standard. We have stayed at the Onomo a significant number of times over the years but it will now be the hotel of last resort.

그저 그래요 The staff at the bar the first days was really not nice and forced us to eat the buffet instead of ordering from the menu (which is possible because we could the next days)
And the last day we couldnt get a late checkout even paid, while the hotel wasnt full
