Really good stay. The reception desk upgraded us to a suite.
I sat down in the foyer and accidentally left my sunglasses on the table. The staff had handed them in to reception for me. So relieved! Thank you!
Clean room and friendly staff.
One area for improvement is the breakfast. The scrambled egg at the breakfast station was not refilled (I assumed it was because it was 1 hour before closing) and then I saw a fresh plate of scrambled and omelette being delivered to the next table. Had I known it was an option I would have ordered this but it was too late

The room was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient. Whether traveling to Zurich Airport or Zurich HB, it only takes about 20 minutes. After getting off the transport, it is just a short walk to the hotel. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Sedartis Hotel was friendly, warm and with excellent service. All staff were extremely helpful. A very good range and options available for breakfast and all very well presented. Our garden view room on the lower ground floor was small. x2 single beds and a made up sofa bed. A small modern bathroom with shower cubicle. The temperature/heating is centrally managed by front desk staff - very warm initially with request made to turn the temperature down and also could open the door out to patio area. The train station is located very conveniently outside the hotel and is a short walk to Lake Zurich. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience overall and would definitely return again.

Was clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Only wished breakfast had more variety than the same offering everyday. Would go back.
