We had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly!

Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Location was good to lots of different train stations and underground. Bonus to have a washing machine to use for July’s hot humid days.

This was a really comfortable stay! It was HOT while we were in Japan and the aC at this stay was the only one that actually kept up. There was in unit laundry which was amazing! It sits about halfway between 4 train stations, which was nice as we were doing daily travel, but felt a little far to be dragging luggage when we arrived and left.

The room was excellent for our family of 5. We had 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds, and a futon in a separate room with tatami mats. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, stove, kitchen sink, dishes, cups, utensils. Very spacious. Separate toilet and shower rooms. In-room Laundry includes free detergent you can get in the lobby. It’s about 15 minute walk to train stations, there’s a 7-11 less than 5 minute walk to stock up on everything you need if don’t want to eat out often. Very quiet area. If you don’t mind walking a lot and don’t need the full service of large hotels, it’s a great place.

Personnel sympa, propreté.

Immaculate clean. Helpful and hospitable staff. The laundry ameneties are functionable. Dryer dried fast! The kitchen is well equipped. You have anything you need in a kitchen. The only thing I wish they provide is body lotion! :)

Would stay again had a lot of fun and it was away from the craziness for the bigger cities

Convenient

Everything was perfect except it was a bit far from train station.

Very spacious accommodations for Tokyo, worked out great for our family of 4. We really appreciated having a working kitchen and washer/dryer combo in the apartment for our 6-day-stay. Within 10-15 min walk to 3 different subway lines made it very convenient for our trips to most common tourist areas in Tokyo - e.g. we could reach Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Akasaka, Shinjuku, and Ginza just by choosing which station to use, w/o having to change trains. Half-a-dozen combinis <5 minutes walk. Folks at the front desk were always welcoming and offered to help, although we did not use their services much beyond check-in/out. Neighborhood was clean and felt very safe (as did all parts of Tokyo that we got to see); we did no thave any concerns letting our older teen return to the apartment on their own as late as mid-night. Would definitely recommend for families.
