만족해요 Hey we were looking at hotels and this was one of the cheapest in the area of the city we wanted to be in. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, however I was surprised at how rundown it was for a national chain. But yet it was pretty busy, a lot of people made the same choice based on value. The location was convenient in Santa Monica you could take a frequent bus 2 miles down the road to the downtown and Pier. There was convenient parking which seems to be a premium as well. I don't think I would look to stay there again but who knows based on price maybe we would.

Parking was horrible. Yeah, you get a parking spot but the way to get in/out the lot is not ideal. The rooms were extremely stuffy to the point where we saw people just turn off the a/c unit and just prop their door open. If you’re on a budget, it’s an ok place.

Great staff, clean, location was very convenient to me, the only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge, it was barely cold, I did report it, I didn’t notice if they fixed, my beverages weren’t cold enough. Other than that everything went well.
