Room is clean on check in. Everything good is walking distance and some security not very good will lie about you in tagalog about what you do daily when they know you don't speak it, complained about me not responding yet he never stops me but other guards have no problem stopping me and I answer them clearly and properly till they allow me to pass.

We enjoyed our stay at Trees Residences. The property is a short walk from SM City Fairview and has easy access to a convenience store, laundry facility, and food vendors. Each tower has its own security guard. The unit itself was fully equipped with kitchen tools and even included some toys and games. We appreciated little touches that made us feel at home.

Very nice property, very close to the shopping areas. The ammenites provided inside the condo were excellent. My only gripe was that the pool required you to pay everyday for its use which seems ridiculous.
