Had the best stay here, wish I had stayed longer! The staff were amazing and helped me coordinate transfers which was much appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located near everything. I definitely plan on coming back and staying here in the future!

Thao was very helpful in welcoming us and giving us useful insights about the area. Our stay was pleasant overall. It would have been even better if we had been given the third-floor balcony room. The hotel should make the room options clearer during the booking process. Breakfast had a good variety, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

매우 훌륭해요 The rooms were lovely and the staff was spectacular! They were so kind and welcoming. Exceptional service. The poolside bar drinks were delicious and breakfast was superb. I highly recommend staying here. We also took advantage of the spa services and they were fantastic. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent staff, very helpful we booked a Riverview room with a balcony but our room was on the ground floor so there was virtually nothing to see, we asked if we could move to a higher level and they were happy to move us the following day when a room was available, breakfast was very good with a large variety on offer, pool area was well set out and the rooms were very clean, overall a fantastic place to stay in a great location

Hotel arranged a driver from airport, he was easy to find and made the transfer seamless and less expensive than Grab. Our room was a suite overlooking the river that was very spacious with a balcony to enjoy views while having a cold beer. Staff was exceptional, very attentive, and customer focused. We booked a couple's massage in the hotel, one of the best deep tissue messages we've had in Asia. The staff made us feel special every day we were there making our trip to Hoi an spectacular. Would definitely stay again.
