그저 그래요 The fridge did not work and we didnt realize it until it was too late as our food sat in essentially room temp overnight. The air conditioner rattled throughout the night. A lady had entered the lobby around 2am and screamed for about 2 hours. When going up to the front desk the next day. I had asked if the fridge and air conditioner could be fixed. I was told that they could put in a request but not to get my hopes up. Luckily I reached out to Expedia who handled the situation and requested a transfer for us to relocate to another hotel that was affiliated with greentree.

그저 그래요 It was around 11 pm and they made me wait 45 minutes at IAH for a shuttle that never came.
They then said they were full and downgraded my reservation to a nearby airport hotel that didn’t have shuttle or breakfast. I ended up spending money on extra expenses that should’ve been included on my reservation.
