Room was clean and tidy. The only notable issues I found was the split air-conditioner was quite noisy when operating. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy as well.

Good location, very quiet at night.
Room very clean, comfy bed. Updated bathroom. Only issue luggage storage minimal (1 small luggage rack) not ideal if not unpacking for a short stay.
